As a medical professional, you answered the mental health question very well and thoroughly. Our mind, body, and soul are connected and when one aspect is not well you can have bad manifestations in the other. Be an advocate for your health. Have a primary care provider (e.g., physician, nurse practitioner) and see a mental health specialist if needed.

Most men can separate sex from feelings and emotions. People enter your life for a reason, season or lifetime. If he leaves, let him go. If he returns, he's meant to be there. I love you too.

I love your response to the person that become infuriated by dl men . I understand why he or she feel that way, but people need to find a way to get over that . Dl men has been here since the beginning of time & they'll be here until the end . You can't control, change, or stop the reality of life . Trip... I love everything you said . I'm a realist... I'm a very smart person . Not saying i'm the smartest, but i don't come across many smart people with common sense who can explain things the right way . You remind me of me... Because everything you said, i say lol... Our knowledge come from experience, other people experience, the things we saw, heard, & just plan ole common sense . I also feel that it could be a gift . Because majority of the things i think & feel, i find out they're true . ❤

I love your advices in general and many thanks. I loved the way you analyze it. You added the nuance that he may be divorced. He may be DL. He wants to search for a varied sexual experience. But in general, the INITIAL question most times is not "He Left Me And Went Back To His Wife, What Should I Do? " but "He Left His WIFE (and probably his CHILDREN) to Join Me, What Should I Do?"

This is your best video this year!!! Cousin, one question that need to be asked is, will you take the chance of building a relationship with someone who comes out of the closet and confess to having a mental illness? I don't think most people would. Mental illness is frowned on just as much as coming out of the closet admitting that you like other girls or guys. So knowing this, the mentally ill person stay on the dl. The dl person continue being dl..The HIV positive person, continue hiding the fact that they are HIV positive.

If people go to someone to ask for advice about a problem, they already know what they need to do. They just ask just to clarify should they take that action, but I learned people going to handle the situation in their way regardless of what you tell them. That’s why I only give advice if it’s needed. These topics are needed. My friends don’t ask me nothing because my response is “only you know what you need to do”. Sometimes people answer their question by asking it.

The issue is not the individual being DL - which by the way, is completely different than being in the closet. Being on the downlow means you're living a double life. You're living a life that would suggest you have no interest in men, when infact, you're using women as a shield, to cover who you really are - THAT'S the issue. If you are unsure of who you are, that is YOUR battle to defeat. However, it is unfair to the other party, to drag them on to that same battlefield with you, when they didn't ask to be there.

I think folks who sleep around have a dark spirit on them. We can find a variety of folks attractive but that doesn't mean have sex with them. It's spiritually dirty and not good for you energy wise. Cause sex is sacred energy exchange. Do you really want to just exchange with people just because they look good but you're not with them in a relationship? Folks need to contemplate.
