honestly, the only difference i see is that in the triple stacked skin the circles appear slightly thicker, but other than that, i dont see anything else being different, just my opinion tho

they are generally more visible so you will see them a bit earlier during the fade-in animation compared non triple stacked skins, this is most effectively paired with higher gamma (1.5-1.7) on maps with high AR

Skinning is one of the most things of this game for me, so I have tried lots of stuff like mixing hitcircles with hitcircles overlays but never triple stacked. Even tho #cent HR rustbell skin already does this and is from 2017

Upping gamma more has the same effect but without the annoying numberstaks that you get past 9. But I think people should still try it. I also really enjoyed playing with it for a while. But I think normal skin with higher gamma is what I enjoy more now.

when i was making an insta tlqkf (forum monochrome skin with instafade) i had to combine hitcircle and hitcircleoverlay and get it with all the numbers, so its doublestacked instafade. it has similiar results considering the fact that tlqkf circles are thicc. but im now curious to try having that skin with hitcircle and hitcircleoverlay set ast the same thing. copy the hitcircle.png from any rafis skin and paste them into the sytho skin as a "hitcircle.png" aswell as "hitcircleoverlay.png" since the sytho skin is a instafade skin the 2 files are empty, so adding them makes it brighter

idk what you're doing with the hitcircle overlay file, but mine is 1x1 transparent and the insta fade numbers are just rafis upscaled (2x) then downscaled (2x) and it looks the same. used upscayl's "digital art" model for it
