Well, at least the first 8 minutes took me back to my old buddy Grace and the Bay Area. As Uncle Jerry used to tell us kids at the Dead concerts, "I just keep my eye on the blue dot." I know now that it got him through some hairy times. (A very interesting story that I will relate in the next comment.)

@@HumilityListens This is a story that I savored for a long time. In an interview years ago, Jerry spoke about the improvisational nature of the concerts. Some people went to them often, some actually followed the Dead for every concert on a tour. They would say it was never the same thing, night after night. Jerry said (with all sincerity) that floating above the crowd there was a blue dot that would communicate with him wordlessly about where to take the music. It wasn't a voice. More so a pure thought. He just took instructions from the blue dot, never questioning whether it was right or wrong. When I thought about that I was in awe that someone could be so in touch with the moment and on a completely intuitive level. We talk about going with the flow and in this case Jerry was leading the flow (with "help").
