Film is just to entertain PPL. We also get entertained if there was no intimacy scenes. It is not necessary that the film will reach the heights only of there was intimacy and romantic scenes. So, I think everyone in the set must feel comfortable to do their part. The way she tells " I informed my parents before shoot " tells she wasn't comfortable, she was adjusted to it as it was her role.

I honestly find it sad that an actress of her calibre had to stoop doqn to bollywood tradh level to be casted in films. Did it work, yes coz apparently shr is part pf 7 films back to back . I understand nudity is necessary at times for the story to develop but it could have been done in a more artistic. All i could think of by seeing the scene is the teem male gaze where male director objectify actors particularly women to attract male audiences, an example of this is megan fox in transformers . Yes ranbir is nude to , but in a country like india allmost all of the attention falls the women . Ranbir can walk away without his reputation tatnished in fact ppl might praise him for being a professional but tripti is the one being slut shamed . Yes she is right, from an actors point of view this is her work.and its art so she is doing her job but her it juat was distasteful and made the audiences uncomfortable. If that was what the director wanted achieve them yes it has resched his goal . Ultimately its an illicit relationship, he is betraying his wofe no matter what his justification was , so by showing scenes like this maybe the director wanted the audience to be uncomfortable coz its an affair but i am leaning more to the male gaz theory . Anyhow this just proves how the value pf true art has been lost in bollywood cinema , its corrupted by greed and its sad to witness it.
