Love this! I just watched the Netflix show and have so much respect for how Garth and Trisha raised the girls together with Sandy! And it was heartwarming to hear how supportive and loving everyone was toward each other. What's meant to be will always find a way....

Good for you Trisha for "keeping it old school" that's what this world needs and more of it.. I watch all your cooking shows, you are so genuine and humble and a complete joy to watch and listen to your music since day 1... you and Garth are such life goals... congrats on life and the great success you have had and will continue to have..

Trisha is so real - on her show, interviews and on her emotional/vocal delivery on albums. There is a real sense of authenticity to her, which is why I think she's been so successful. "Let's Be Frank" is a great album!

Trisha is genuine, honest and sweet. Success, fame and being married to Garth hasn't gone to her head. She seems like a nice lady to talk to in that she wouldn't mind spending a few minutes with her fans. A class act. I love Sinatra, he and his daughter Nancy are reminders of my beloved late mother as she was a huge fan of this style of music, Trisha did his songs proper justice, and I am sure Frank was smiling down on her as she recorded this album. Thank you, Trisha.

That's exactly what I was thinking!! Like I can picture the celebs getting excited, thinking "omgosh, I'm going on the Bobby Bones show today!! Like I've totally made it if I'm on HIS show!!" I love him to pieces! And Trisha....omgosh, my girl crush. Sorry G, but I'd take seeing her in concert ANYDAY over seeing you!!HAHA Could you like just arrange that for me??? Lol I could see us just being best friends. Like real friends. Don't think she'd be "that type" of star that would make you all nervous & worried....you could just totally be yourself with her. She's just the REAL DEAL. Just Love her to pieces. And just gotta say it- LOL- A tad more pieces than Bobby!!! Lol Sorry to the men, mad respect for ya both, but I'd pick Trisha for the day! And I'll even throw in my hubby for you guys! Guys day- for you men, Trisha & ME for the day!! #goalsanddreams #fantasycometrue #myfavecountrysingerisYearwood

She's just TRULY one in a million UH-MAZING! Love her so much! Unfortunately, Somehow thru my own health issues, and my Mom's, I totally missed this interview and ALL the new stuff she's done! A Netflix show??? And Had NO clue she had done a Frank Sinatra album....oh my goodness! Got tears in my eyes when he played the clip of "I'll Be Seeing You".... that was my grandparent's song, and they passed away at only 55 & 57. They were just babies, still so deeply in love, still so much life ahead of them. Life can truly be cruel sometimes, tho I know God loves His people and ALL WILL BE RIGHT ONE DAY. ✝️ Anywho also, cannot wait to hear her own new album....can't believe how much I've missed out on. And I just really adore Bobby!! I just picture the celebs getting excited too, thinking "omgosh, I'm going on the Bobby Bones show today!! Like I've totally made it if I'm on HIS show!!" I love him to pieces! And Trisha....omgosh, totally my girl crush. Sorry G, but I'd truly take seeing her in concert ANYDAY over seeing you!! HAHA Could you like just arrange that for me??? Lol but forgive me! I could see us just being best friends. Like real friends. Don't think she'd be "that type" of star that would make you all nervous & worried....you could just totally be yourself with her. She's just the REAL DEAL. Love her cooking show too...many fave desserts, but oh my goodness, the Chicken Tortilla Soup. If you haven't, you HAVE to make it sometime!!! The only thing I change up is cooking my chicken breasts in chicken broth in the crockpot all night. Just cuts out some prep time. When you're ready, just shred that chicken, throw rest together and it comes together so fast, makes a ton and is sooo yummy & sooo filling! My one HAVE-TO-MAKE tho is her G'ma's recipe for Banana Pudding Cake...my gosh, vanilla wafers as flour? Are you kidding me?? I cannot even imagine how scrumptious that must be!! As soon as I get stronger, I'm gonna tackle it!! 🍌🎂🍌 Anywho, Just Love her to pieces too! And just gotta say it- LOL- A tad more pieces than Bobby & Garth!! Lol Sorry to the men, mad respect for ya both, but I'd pick Trisha for the day ANYDAY!! What I'd give for a magical day at their home in Nashville!!! 🙏🙏🙏 And I'll even throw in my hubby for you guys! Guys DAY-AND Trisha & ME day! THAT would be my biggest dream come true!! 🙏🙏 Except- IF I were even blessed enough to have the option-(ha, as if!) But I'd HAVE to BEG Garth to play one very special one for me-- "The Dance"-- in honor of my son that passed away. It wasn't his favorite Garth song, but its always been mine...... 🧡 "And now, I'm glad I didn't know....the way it all would end.....the way it all would go..... Our lives.....are better left to chance.....I could've missed the pain, but I'd had to miss "... THE DANCE.." OHH -- I wouldn't trade being your Mom for ANYTHING. It was a true honor being you and your brother's Mom, and now Jordan's lil boy he left us with...being his Nana is my next biggest blessing..... Always Missing You Jordan Hope You're Dancing In Heaven.....Love to you Tyler.. Love Always, Mom & Dad & Keighton ♡♡♡ #jtbneverforgotten #forever21 #FOOTPRINTSINTHESAND #myfavoritecountrysingerisYearwood ✌✌✌😘

No. Karen Carpenter had one of those contralto voices. Like Warm Honey. Trisha sounds like every other singer. I hear nothing remarkable in her voice. AND in 1997 I was bartending at Garth Brooks concert and Trisha was there. AND I saw something going on between them, and it was obvious. He and she were together, but he was married at the time. But having said that...the heart wants, what the heart wants.
@Dragonflyy826
@Dragonflyy826 2 жыл бұрын
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. This post had nothing to do with Trisha & Garth. Karen Carpenter just had an unusually deep voice for a woman....but I don't think it qualifies her as a boring singer. I grew up listening to her and loved many of their songs. Several of her songs had so much emotion. (Their song "Superstar" comes to mind immediately. You can hear the emotion & loneliness thru her voice in this one..one of many) But you must first know she was not happy. Not at peace. Her life story was truly tragic. She was not treated equally, in my eyes its what we would call bullying today. Even from her own family. She was a very lonely soul. I pray she is at peace now in her Heavenly home. 🙏 And Trisha most definitely does NOT have a boring voice.....her voice is absolutely angelic, in my opinion. But as I said, we all have different likes.

@@kristinfox2304 hmmmm....criticizing is one thing. I guess I haven't noticed anything different about his hair. But being humble??? Hmm, not too sure bout that. He had his heyday in the 90s, he made millions upon millions and I'm happy for the man. But he RETIRED. Once you say you're retired, you don't accept a nomination for Entertainer of the Year. Pretty sure he dominated that category years ago. Being humble means knowing your time in the spotlight is finished, bc you chose to retire. Its a new generation of excellent artists who deserve a fighting chance, and it's not a fair competition if you allow Garth in it. Sure, he can still travel & put on shows.....but being humble in stepping down from awards shows, like the superstars ahead of him did to make room for the next generation. Im not degrading him, just saying he's not acting very humble, IMO, taking the very prestigious award.... its not like he needs it....

Linda Ronstadt covered exactly ONE Frank Sinatra song, and sang one duet with him. Yearwood makes no secret that Ronstadt was her idol growing up. So what? Trisha Yearwood has a powerful list of really good hit songs to her credit and an absolute marvel of a voice. She's no "joke".
