This is pure and beautiful. Family, friends, hometown and character stayed in her wheelhouse, and in her heart, to clearly form such a solid foundation for her enviable and deserving success. Trisha has always been one of my favorite entertainers and vocalists. This special magnifies my admiration big time. More people should see this. They would love it, as I did.

My dad was very disappointed as she (or they) skipped right over her years at YHC when Trishia, Tony Perkins & my dad (Jeff Hilliard) used to pick & sing at El Joes Cabins by the pool like it was nothing.

I grew up on a farm in western Illinois, and I am the same age as Trisha. I went to college, traveled the world, but I never lost my "roots," just like Trisha. I'm not even a big country fan whatsoever. I just admire her. I love her so much.

I have always loved Tricia Yearwood. Such a great voice and sweet personality. I saw Tricia and Kelly Clarkson sing a duet on Kelly's talk show during the pandemic. They were not in the same room, but it sounded like they were. Their voices blended beautifully, their harmonies were out of this world! I would love for them to do an album together.

I am only called Trisha when my sister thinks I am being irrelevant.....otherwise I am Trish.....since I lost my parents, after taking care of them for 25 years, I realize that my real talent was ......hmm.....just trying to be nice,......would be nice to know that’s enough....however, knowing that my knowledge of film and books has led me to a fabulous bookstore where I get to talk to others who love books and culture....woof! ...awesome....I adore sharing my name with Trisha!!🙂🎶

I do wish I'd had an upbringing like hers. I come from a broken family and confidence was NOT a quality that was present with several of my family members and so I wasn't taught that I could make my dreams come true. I really respect and like Trisha. She's one of the FEW clean celebrities. In fact, I really don't think the word celebrity fits her, its gained such a raunchy reputation from the narcissist celebs over the years, especially recently. No, I should have said singer, cause that is really what she is. A successful singer! :-) I would love to visit a town like Monticello....

I met her in Monticello when she did her concert at her school. I was 15. My mother worked for the G.B.I. and was her security. She hugged me, gave me her autograph and made my day. I was also a young singer and moved to Nashville 2 years laterand wound up being Loretta Lynns daughter Peggys next door neighbor. (I miss her- she was so cool) Im from Barnesville Ga, went to school some in Forsyth and now live in Macon- I recognize everyrhing here ! ❤❤ #downhomehunnies

Monticello or Jasper county, GA...full of "southern hospitality" as long as you weren't a visiting person of color. THEN, it was "what you doing up here, boy?!"--as I learned QUICKLY when living in Georgia.
