Knowing how chaotic, stressful and outright insane it is working as a clinician in a dental office, this was so relaxing. Like I wish I could be this chill... Hi Trisha!! I’m not sure if you will see this but I know you’re having bad pain from your fall and can’t take pain meds. I have knee pain as well from previous repeated injury, and I use biofreeze, aspercreme, icy hot etc to help me with my pain- it really helps!!!! I recommend bio freeze most as it is the most effective for me, I hope you feel better!!!!
