Usually the show maker decides to cut those deleted scenes and doesn't want them in the final series anymore.

@@MMAisTHEbestSPORT08 It's a scene where Geralt is looking to find Ciri and his brothers when he runs into Triss who has been traumatized by the things she saw in Ciri's mind. This moment could've served so well in the finale what do you mean? I understand cutting a scene down, but this was 28 seconds of a quick character exchange that would've added some extra tension. Triss continuously going ,"You can't stop this" and then we could immediately cut right back to what's going on at Kaer Morhen. I feel like this moment would've added to the fact that Geralt not only needs to find Ciri quickly but save her. Her power is like the world, it's not black and white, it is gray and will need guidance, It's definitely not nothing.

This really would have made clear Gerald's commitment to Ciri despite people telling him this terrible destiny. I think it would add more depth to the relationship. I'm not sure if they felt this would make problems for future plans with Triss and Gerald though...

This is why she couldn't train Ciri, she's too scared. Yen on the other hand is far stronger and used to chaos of this magnitude.
