Hello friend. I cannot say if you need a PCR test from Maafushi to India. I can tell you that you will need a PCR test from anywhere (including India) to Maafushi. Specifically, you will need a PCR test before you can board your flight going to the capital airport in Male, Maldives. The requirements are 72 hours prior to your departure from your origin city.
