Hello Mark and Naomi ; Well I am so bloody happy to see my bike in action; Its a good bike for off roading and my set up allows me to enjoy the road and off road in my travels; Thanks for testing the bike and the care you gave when riding it. Scramblers were the start towards Adventure Bikes... I like Triumphs and I worked hard to be able to get the bike; Retirement is great! David....Adelaide....Triumph Scramblers 1200x and 900....

Hey Mark, cool to cya back mate. Been watching you for many years now. I went to Uni in Bendigo many many years ago(late 90s). Picked myself up a little CRF300L back in May, have recently added a full exhaust, opened up the air box, flashed ECU, Acerbis 14L tank, Dunlop D606 tyres. Shes a little beauty mate.. absolutely love it and goes way better after the mods. I'm in Melbourne, but my family is in Mildura where i grew up. I was recently back home and took the CRF out to the Murray Sunset National Park, around Rocket Lake etc... it was a blast. Had a great day...🙂 All the best Mark, hope all is well and hope to see ya back again soon 👍

Nice job mark. I love these honest videos of yours. Yes, the Triumph is out of my budget as well, but it sure is fun to watch you ride one. You are kicking the pig. Bring it! Texas on the Prairie

Alphie stole the show. Great looking dog! Bike wasn't that bad either! 😂 I only wish I had off road around me, I live in a concrete jungle. Maybe one day, I will have a backyard terrain to explore. 😊

Good to see you on a bike Mark! I would kill right now to be in a place like the proving ground. Did I see a CF Moto 450?

That looks a great setup.👍 I have the same bike with a few of the same extras, rear rack, XE sump guard, hand guards and as I'm in the UK, heated grips!😂 The max payload of the rear rack is listed as 2kg which is ridiculous IMO. Maybe it's just to deter some idiot from using it as a pillion seat? I opted for the Triumph handguards which are pricey. I have a handlebar brace fitted which means the Bark Busters wouldn't fit and the Triumph items fit seamlessly to the existing brake + clutch lever brackets. I also have a much smaller screen fitted, more to protect the instrument panel than for any wind deflection. I like the idea of the extra rear mudguard protection, maybe not very "street cred" but who cars if it works!👍 I also have an enduro bike for serious off rod stuff but for light off road and touring, the 1200x wins hands down over any of the full blown "Adventure" bikes IMO.👍 What is that stuffed in the top exhaust pipe, looks like steel wool?

Lovely bikes but I am just wondering about ground clearence. Not motox stuff but gravel secondary(3rd rate ?) gravel roads ?
@davidcauchi28377 күн бұрын
Plenty of clearance on the dirt/gravel roads and you can see Mark on the tracks on the bike...

Anyone else notice the stainless steel scourer in the exhaust?

Oh yeah, the silencer had broken its weld and came off. The dealer is replacing it. Nice Pickup (eagle eye). 👍
