my height is 5.9 is it ideal to bike this bike?

At 5' 9" You'd be fine. Inside leg length is more important than height.

I am 5ft10 and had no troubles at all. It is also a very light bike.

Considering bikers and vegans are both minority groups in society, I would argue we vegan bikers are even more of a bunch of rebels than others!
