Others have pointed the - ve, so let me say something +ve, i really appreciate that you made the video as third person, and with normal camera lens and not some 0.6/0.5 where the proportions are blown apart, or like others take a shortcut and just upload moto vlog, with camera showing us the road, and 6% of bike. We click on the video for the bike, not the asphalt. And for that thanks a lot.

You are actually right. But most probably i would also need to make few upcoming videos in pov format, as at this movement i am not getting motorcycles from manufacturers & dealerships don’t lend vehicles for a day of time. So only option left is do the pov. But still will definitely try to get the content you are expecting! Thanks again ❤️

Mine is 10k kms, running smoothly, no issues at all, just changed my handle bar (direct fit)and foot pegs(not a direct fit)with the ktm adventure 390, and one thing those OEM lower engine protection is very important, I dnt prefer leg guard or whatever, so took it off, and ofcourse the saree guard, did one nepal ride to Manag and Muktinath, next year planning for sandakphu

@shiftanddriftmag
@shiftanddriftmag Ай бұрын
Yes the saddle stay is from legundary ! And i am using saddle bags from rynox - nomad. So it goes well with the motorcycle aesthetics. I would suggest don’t buy anything online first test those physically by visiting store and if you like it and if prices are low online then get the same online but before that test.

Will it be a good tourer with luggage and pillion? What's your take on it.
@shiftanddriftmag
@shiftanddriftmag Ай бұрын
Yes you can do long distance with pillion + luggage, as i have done it already. With saddle bags & top box on it with pillion. But rear sit might feel little uncomfortable for the pillion after 100kms or so. But you can keep a thick jacket or something on rear seat to add up Cushioning and then good for 1000kms ride. Also keep I mind the motorcycle has potential to be ridden at 120-130 constantly. But as it is naked motorcycle you need to deal with heavy wind-blast.
@gamingwithhellboy5099
@gamingwithhellboy5099 Ай бұрын
@ with luggage and pillion how it performed and is there any drop on the fuel efficiency?At high speed on highway did you notice any stability issue? As the bike is quite lightweight.

@rajdeepnilavo9798 Ай бұрын
Brother is it comfortable for touring with pillion and luggage?
@pratikpatil1776
@pratikpatil1776 Ай бұрын
No. The pillion seat of the scrambler is pain. It is very hard and uncomfortable even for short rides. The rider seat is very good. I will suggest to invest in air seat if you are planning to ride with a pillion. Suspension is great though..more weight you add to it more planted and stable it feels.
@shiftanddriftmag
@shiftanddriftmag Ай бұрын
Yes it is comfortable for rider to do 1000kms in a day but it also depends on the rider if you are new to the motorcycles then you might get aches from seat after 300-400kms. But within a time you will get habit of the motorcycle and it will be normal. Apart from that pillion seat is kind of small and is ok for 60-100kms but after that it gets worst. So you can try something like keeping thick jackets to add up the Cushion. If jugad is the goal. But it works. And for luggage it can carry saddle bags & top box without any effort. Rear suspension behaves amazing as you add up the weight. It will completely absorb the small speed breakers and pillion wont feel anything.

@shiftanddriftmag
@shiftanddriftmag Ай бұрын
Talking about milage you can get around 28-31 on highway, depending upon how you ride. If you cruise above it will drop to 27-28. And if ride in sedate manner then you can expect around 31-33 max. But in the city it drops to 22-24kmpl. So overall on full tank you can ride upto 280-300km.

@shiftanddriftmag
@shiftanddriftmag Ай бұрын
Well, it costed around 2000rs. And that really great price. Because being a triumph motorcycle i had expected around 4-5k. Same as BMWs 310class. But they have thought of after sales as-well, and priced service literally very low.

I am confused , Should I go for Honda CB350( classic Model ) or Scrambler 400x ., I don't know my usage , But as of now most of my riding is high ways and City rides ., Main moto to change vehicle ( pulsar ) is to do long rides and monsoon rides ., , this will be my last and final bike that I would wish to change ., Any suggestions would be appreciated
@shiftanddriftmag
@shiftanddriftmag Ай бұрын
See if you are calm chill person who likes things to be sedate then go for cb350. And if you want power rush then go for Triumph Speed 400. Because CB has long stoke engine and it doesn’t have that performance like triumph 400 class. It’s slow, but more refined, less vibrations, high milage. But higher service cost compared to triumph As it comes under big-wing. Both the motorcycle are very different in character. So it totally depends on what kind of motorcycle you want. Because what is pro for one motorcycle is con for another. If i have to suggest you then i would suggest you to go for speed400. Currently thats the best pick. But also there’s one more middle ground you can look for that is speed t4. That would be perfect for the price range you are targeting. And better combination of performance and milage at the same time. But still i would suggest to go have a test ride for at-least 5-10kms. And also check if there are the service centers in your city, because thats the major part of living with motorcycles if anything’s turns out wrong
