Triumph Spitfire Rear Suspension Tear Down To Replace Bush's

I tare down the rear suspension to start replacing the bush's and rebuild the trunnion's. But ran out of time and desided to replace the U joints while I was in there. #triumphspitfire #trunnion #triumphspitfirerepairs

Hi Greg Thanks you nice info. I purchased a Super Pro Poli bushing in my 78 Spitfire, everything fitted right until the rear busing at the differential, it is to tied fit. Any suggestions.

What one are to trying to fit? it it is the one on the diff i haven't got them replaced yet.
