That car is concours condition. Look at the condition of the engine. The sound will be a custom manifold and exhaust.

By the uneven pulse and clatter, it sounds like one, or both timing chains are stretched and worn. Causes valve timing to fluctuate and the uneven pulse. They'll eventually jump the timing sprocket teeth.
