Added the spacer & clevis bolt to my ‘23 RS as well. Not a great deal noticeable, but it seems to tip over just slightly better in the turns. The part numbers are T2050915 & T2050786

Nicely done video that gives a good look at how to access the shock mount. One thing you might want to check is your headlight adjustment, since tilting the bike will cause the headlights to point lower. When I first got my 2024, the headlight aim was quite low. It seemed like the aim was set at the factory based on the set up for the earlier models and they didn't compensate for the new added height of the back end. A quick adjustment of the headlight now has them aiming further down the road for much better night vision.

I don’t understand how your leg room while on the bike changed the distance from the seat to the foot pegs didn’t change
@DarkRiderMotovlogs2 ай бұрын
@@levicarter4847 The seat has effectively been raised by 6mm now with the spacer. Since the swing arm and the foot pegs aren't connected by adding spacers to the shock it's extending the shock length and raising the rear of the bike.

@@DarkRiderMotovlogs so your legs are more straight when standing over the bike but they’re the same on the bike

@@CustomNDKO Haha ya man def worth it! I might drop the front down a few millimetres to make the steering a little quicker but want to ride it like this for a while first. Haha hopefully will order it at the end of this month 😅

On triumph website it says the 2024 has a 10mm spacer
@DarkRiderMotovlogs6 ай бұрын
Interesting! Can link me to that? I didnt find any measurements that showed 10mm so would like to double check. Thanks very much!

@@DarkRiderMotovlogs The Triumph web pages for the 2022 and 2023- Street Triple 765 RS show a seat height difference of 10.5 millimeters. I used the data from the USA Triumph web page for the 2022 model because that is still shown as a choice on that web site. The web page showed 32.5 inches for the seat height and that converts to 825.5mm. For the 2023- model, I checked the Thai Triumph web page and the spec there shows the seat height as 836mm. I can confirm by looking at my own 2024 model that the clevis and spacer appear to be the same as the one shown at the beginning of your video. So, it seems that the increase is about 10 to 10.5mm.

@@rtg1018 Thanks very mucyh for that information. I wonder if the actual seat is different as I know the 2017-2019 seats have a more forward slant to them and the 2020+ models have a flatter seat so wonder if that is where that extra 5mm comes from? 5mm from the spacer and a 5mm foam difference in the seats. Thanks for that info though, good to know!

@DarkRiderMotovlogs Curious, what is your height? as I'm 188cm and ride a '22 STRS
@DarkRiderMotovlogs6 ай бұрын
@@johnsutton5046 I am 183cm 👍 I find the bike pretty comfortable but this mod made the leg room just that bit better. Def worth it if you are interested.
