Triumph Street Triple RS 2022 - RAW Audio Test using Zoom H5 + Rode Lav mic + GoPro Hero 10

Put the Rove lav mic in it's own small dead cat, then this went inside the large Zoom H5 deadcat, then all of this under the rear pillion seat compartment.. Set the Zoom H5 gain to 2.5/10 - no clipping or significant wind noise experienced up to 95kph.. This worked better much better than using the Zoom H5 stereo mics with the deadcat in a backpack - that still produced significant wind noise..
Shift Assist is not being used.. because it's ceased to function for the second time in 6 weeks since picking up the bike.. Technology is a wonderful thing - when it works! When it works, it is a thing of beauty - absoluetly love it!
As for the bluetooth module - that has a long way to go in it's development cycle, let's hope that the software updates improve it performance and functionality.. Why Triumph did not use Apple CarPlay functionality on the TFT display is beyond me! Have gone back to using the GoPro remote control - much easier and way more reliable than the Triumph BT module.
