How did you go about removing the baffle?

I just bought a new Thruxton RS, and have been hunting youtube for a video of the V&H pipes with baffles removed (with cat intact). With baffles in, they don't sound great to me, and hard to justify the expense. Eagerly awaiting your "baffles out" video

Thanks Paul! The V&N pipes actually sounded quieter than stock with the baffles in, but we're really happy with the sound once they were removed. We'll post soon.

Have you considered removing the cat? I understand on the 2020 RS & TFC, the headers are welded in so the entire stack has to be removed.

What torque settings did you use for pegs and mounting bolts ?

Although late to the party, perhaps for future reference...27nM is what the manual states for pegs

Hi would have by any chance the part number? A9600536 is what I can find I’m not sure the baffle is removable anymore . Looking for some infos thx
