An incredible paint job that's a work of art on a beautiful British Classic. Greetings from England 🇬🇧.

I had mine painted in pieces and then reassembled. You don't want to paint over the gaps between the rear fenders and the joint point at the back deck. these cars flex like crazy and the paint cracks and rust develops on the mating surfaces in the area. Classic rust area. If you shine a light into the rear wheel wells of my car you can see light through the gaps

I am surprised how good this turned out considering the painter would vary his gun distance from the car from a few inches to two feet!

What grit DA paper did you use to smooth the stripes out with before you buffed? I've always wet sanded them but never dry sanded

Painting a resto you start with the shell, then paint all the bolt on panels separately. Bet I could strike a match on the inner edges!

hello friend , I am restoring a civic . I scraped the paint to the can , I leveling with polyester mass and control of sanding , I applied 4 layers of primer , I sanding with control, and now looking at the brightness of the piece features 2 details minimum , this can be fixed with a quick mass ? comb filer Sikkens .
