you have different cams ,from what you have said previously, so timing to stock pinion marks is not going to achieve optimum valve lift. Should you not time off valve lift with gauge on valve head or keepers ?.

Hello; the other day I tried with the lobe centers of a T140E with a 9989 ex. The engine is assembled so more difficult the checking and probably not accurate; the thing is that I obtained pretty bad numbers at the factory marks (factory marks never squeeze all the engine ponies anyway). I let it there for now. I had the inlet camshaft at a "C" new mark but the numbers were not good too so I decided to change to factory mark right now to not break anything when first start the engine. By the way; what different your special tool does? or is the same and the bolt is just for easy removing? Thanks

Hi I have replacement cam timing gears, but they don’t have they installation/ removal threads on them. Any idea how to install them
