4:40 best tracking ammo for rails is javelin.. better than navy.. navy has only better tracking on blasters.. But at that situation it would make no difference i think^^ But interesting to see fighting even bein overwhelmed by enemies :D

due its limited range(javelin) it's almost unusable ;)

Javelin on a double locus astarte is only 12km + 20 which makes it functionally unusable as tracking ammo (you get better tracking w/ CN at range)

Not to mention, Astarte doesn't have a tracking bonus on the Hull, so you need to Trans Match with rails anyway. But with that requirement already in place, the tracking from ammo becomes almost useless. You're much more concerned about range/DPS, which makes navy ammunition a great choice.
