In Trivandrum So many old men in the age group of 70's are riding in bicycle for their routine work,but not a single WOMEN. Then how can we achieve Women Empowerment.In your team also no woman.Why?They should test pass Endurance test for Women Empowerment.

It was open to all. In my view women should come forward if they truly believe in empowerment programmes. There are few women members in TBC, not many.
