Hello Naveen... Short stretch bookings like local Kerala passengers can't block Chennai tickets as TVC MAS will be having more quota. This is called general quota GN. Local Kerala people will have very less quota called pooled quota PQ. As TVC MAS stretch didn't have much passengers these small stretch passengers got tickets.
