Hey! Not sure when I'd get around to something like that but the default binds on PC seem to do the trick for a lot of the high level players I know. As for myself I just moved stab and overhead to the thumb mouse buttons and I swapped the feint and special buttons around to Q and V respectively.

Almost missed the other part of your question. Video settings I'd recommend whatever graphics your PC can handle, naturally higher fps = better. Other game settings I'd recommend is max FOV if you're playing first, but third person perspective is just superior so you should be using that when you can in melee at least. Honestly I really should just make a quick video running through this stuff but that should do for now!

Are the hit boxes on the characters different values? Should I be aiming at specific body parts?

For melee weapons you only have different damage multipliers for the body and legs, with leg hits being less damage. Head shots are the same damage as a body shots with melee. However with ranged weapons/projectiles they do have a headshot multiplier.

What are your machine specs and do you have to manipulate settings to run so smoothly? My pc is well above recommended specs and I always have 20-40 ping and high fps, but the micro stuttering makes this game almost unplayable sometimes. I've tried everything including massively reducing settings and the micro stuttering in big games persists. Only in chiv.

I am having the exact same issues. No matter what I do I get weird stutters/hitches. At times you might even notice it in the videos and it’s incredibly infuriating. Currently rocking a 1080ti and an i7-7700k, 16gb ram etc. I do find some maps are better or worse with the stutters. Wardenglade and fighting pit run almost perfectly for me. I’m just assuming it’s the game that needs improvements because I’ve done all sorts of benchmarking to try and figure out if it is a hardware problem on my end.
