Just wanted to add on about your comment regarding the BLACKPINK members helping the trainees. Near the end of the BLACKPINK documentary BLACKPINK: LIGHT UP THE SKY, Lisa made an incredibly self-aware comment that really choked me up. She said this right after their World Tour ended, they were (and still are) on top of the world. She said "It doesn't matter if we grow old and get replaced by a new younger generation, as long as someone is still talking about us. Because they will still remember how we shone so bright." At 23 years old she had the maturity to understand and accept that her current career is finite and still had a positive attitude. Kudos.

In Asian languages the letter R is not pronounced as we pronounce it in the west. It is hard to explain the sound but Choice 37 (their producer) says it with a Korean accent. It sounds like this... Pah-ee-tah, pronounced with the accent on the middle syllable

Hello, I really loved your reaction to the first evaluation episode! Here's a little insider of the people who were in this first video ^^. In the beginning if you saw their names on the captions they had Lee Suhyun/ Akmu, Akmu is a duo sibling kpop group who debuted in 2014 Lee Suhyun debuted with her brother Lee Chanhyuk, and are still active, others were Yoon and Hoony from a group called Winner who also debuted in 2014 and still active, they're called second generation groups, and if you saw they had a BigBang's song played that was produced by Choice37 they debuted in 2008, they're a 2nd generation group , and BlackPink is 4th gen, I believe BabyMonster will be part of the 4.5 or 5th generation since technically they will be debuting in 2023 (Hopefully soon sometime this November) even though it's almost the end of 2023. They're all groups that were formed under YG Entertainment. They're all really talented groups under YG. There's also a group called Treasure who debuted in 2020 who are a 4th gen group. I think you will like all of these groups songs ^^. (Sorry for a really long intro of YG groups btw ;; I hope this helped though as the people who were in this first video though! ^^ I know you already saw all the episodes already (I can't wait to watch them all btw), but there is also another group called 2ne1 who was before BlackPink and the first girl group to be under YG, they debuted in 2009, a year after BigBang, then BlackPink in 2016, another fun fact is that BabyMonster is the first seven member girl group to debut soon as all (Two) girl groups for YG so far have only been 4. I hope this has helped and I again love the reactions for BabyMonster ^^ everyone in this group are all really talented and amazing.

Jep pharita's name is indeed pronounced like Parita, koreans often have a weird sound of the r, its pronounced between R and L. Do not worry to much about that :)

Thanks for checking these out. That "Gone" part is very difficult and even Rosé doesn't usually perform it live that way. It is a pretty high flip for Parota's voice and she probably overpracticed and irritated her vocal chords. Choice 37 changed the part specifically to give Pharita the best chance at sounding good in the evaluation. Regardless of why she is struggling with that part, she will make a better impression on the judges if she performs her part well (whichever part she does). If she tries to perform a part and fails, that would be worse than performing a less difficult part well. It is a tough business. But part of being in a group is doing your part well and letting others do the parts that best suit them, getting past the ego so the group sounds the best which is what YG wants anyway. The schedule here might be hard to follow although since you already watched the whole series, you probably figured it out. Each mission takes a month. So the Blackpink mission which is both group songs and the group dance all takes place in the same month. They are assigned the mission and then have a performance evaluation for all performances 30 days later. So that gets us through the start of Episode 4. After that is the actual "Last Evaluation" mission, the solo performances, the group song, and the group dance all take place over the same month with the final evaluation happening on the same day or maybe over two days that month. We also can deduce that the Blackpink mission was filmed around April 2022 because of Jennie's and Lisa's haircolors. We can presume that makes the Final Evaluation in May but it could have been anytime after really

Gone was one of the songs I disagree with yg while rose did sing the gone part live in studio there is not one video of rose singing that part live because she changed it to be less taxing on her voice

She doesn't do the vocal acrobatics live because the song is too taxing on the vocal chords to be doing with a 2hr long show, and if you're on tour, multiple times a week. You'd wreck something in your vocal chords in no time flat trying to do that. If it was a one off performance where she didn't have to do many more songs she'd pull it off no problem.
