Trodelvy trial failed.

In the center of the video I state the large tumors merge in my lungs. Actually it is in my liverr that the large tumors have merged and that there are new ones. there are also new tumors and ground glass opacities in the lungs. I could not get youtube to allow an edit without pulling down and reuploading the video. I hope you all read the drop down to note this error on part. Sorry!
Recent scan results show much more progression in my liver, lungs ect. Obviously the trodelvy didn't work for me for estrogen receptor positive mets bc. So where do I go from here?

I am heartbroken, so upset to hear of Leslies passing. My mom was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer this Jan of 2020. You’re a woman of courage and you have overcome so much throughout your cancer journey to get to this point. The palliative care physicians will help you and your immediate family with all the tough emotions that come with tricky situations like this. When my mom was very sick with the same type of metastatic estrogen positive breast cancer the palliative care physician had our entire family (my dad, brother, myself) come into the clinic and put things into perspective and comforted all of us including my mom tremendously. Take care and don’t worry with individuals that are distracting you or bringing you down during this difficult time. My heart go's out to her family. This really touch my heart. What a strong lady to even talk about it on KZbin must been hard. My grandad had lung cancer. The doctor gave him 3 months he did a year. That was down to my grandad determination. He had radiotherapy which really took it out of him he know he was dieing but wouldn't talk about his feelings as he was scared. This lady is amazing. Hi Lesley I love your attitude keep it up. I was also told to prepare for end of life last October but i thank God that the doctors don't have the last say. I decided to remain on ibrance even when i became neutropenic and now I have 89% regression. Of course I did some other stuff with it like take decapeptyl and xgeva as well as high diet of vitamin c, b6, b12, vitamin d3, calcium, and magnesium. I also still do faslodex even if I was told that it doesn't make a difference. It didn't until it did. You are right, no one can know when or how you will go that's why I don't say that I will die from MBC because there are many other things that can kill me before this does and once there is life there is hope. I thank you for your videos and encouragement and I send you some positive energy and strength! May your God empower you to fight the good fight of faith! Kisses

Sorry to hear what you are going through. What about the City of Angels trial of the new drug called AOH1996? If available it would be another trial but it has little or no side effects. Just thought this might be helpful. Discuss with your oncologists.

No, I have had no new biopsies. They did retrieve my initial biopsy from years ago and run a test to see if my cancer was still estrogen receptor positive or if it has become triple negative, ect. This was done prior to joining the clinical trial

I do not eat any animal products (including dairy), no sugar of any kind not even honey and agave (which also feed cancer), only organic dates and fruits as sweeteners. No processed foods, including oils, except for a little organic extra virgin olive oil on salads, but not used at high heat. No soy whatsoever (check all food and supplement labels). Good quality vitamin C (about 2,000 mg taken 3 times per day). Only Himalayan salt/celtic salt and no peanuts. Juicing organic vegetables every day - about 48 to 64 oz. -- make a big batch in the morning and keep it in the fridge, then drink it throughout the day (all organic: carrots, kale, beets, celery, brocolli, cauliflower and a piece of ginger). You can buy a juicer for about $160 at Bed Bath and Beyond - it's called a Breville Juicer. If you can eat two large bowls of salad full of different vegetables (not tomatoes) with no salad dressing every day, this will be great, but for me it's hard to eat a lot of salad.
