Just because there’s no physical harm doesn’t mean his actions aren’t harmful or disruptive. He’s not just expressing opinions-he’s actively provoking people for attention. Respecting others' boundaries and cultures should come with freedom, not just pushing it until it backfires.

Not quite. Males in Korea are required to do two years of government service. Not all of them end up in the military. Even those that do can end up with a relatively lucky assignment outside of an infantry unit. And if they speak good English, they can end up attached to a U.S. military unit where they could work as clerks or any number of relatively cushy jobs that involve very little time training up to be bad asses.
