I do Tyson squats. You take as many cards as you want but to start out do 10 cards because you can hurt yourself. Lay 10 cards out in a line spaced out. Stay in squatting position pick up the first card and than lay it on the next card. Then pick one up then the other one. Then put one of the cards on to the next one then the next one on top and so forth. 10 cards is 100 squats.
