And to echo what others are saying - I love watching and listeria to the details of your training and nutrition. The sport of MX does not leak those details ever, so this is great.

It’s amazing how much of a beast Jmart is just by his natural default. He’s such a physical mess but such a beast. So impressed with both of you two. But Jerma is a freak.

I raced motocross for about 12 years and stopped at 21. I became a couch potato, became miserable and didn't know who I was anymore. I've run my whole life, to stay in shape for motocross, baseball and football. I started running again, racing almost every weekend then picked up triathlon. To me it is truly the best sport now. Watching how ya'll bond over every part of life is awesome and something I wish my little brother and I could have. He raced for a while before picking up golf and is now and pro instructor. So yeah, he's the talented one, but also worked his ass off for years. You two are awesome. To Jeremy, I'm a huge fan of yours, you'll always be a champion, do whats best for you brother. And 1:15 first half?!!! Oh, good job Alex also with 2:54! Keep up the hard work like always.

Big Al you my friend are an animal! Going from SX & MX to marathon running is a big step! Going from a 20-35 minute all out sprint to a long 3 hours high heart rate activity. I know all that moto fitness work helps big time. But running for 3 hours, wow. I used to run a lot in Jr high and high school. Did a bunch of 10k races. But I didn’t really have to prepare my body much. Good dinner the night before and hydrate cause most of my races were in the high desert of California and the heat was pretty high. Seeing you and your bro running is inspiring. I raced BMX as a kid all the way up until I was 18, I just recently built a 24” BMX cruiser. I tried to replicate my old BMX bike and I am super stoked with the build, I’m ready to take it to the local track and ride, and who knows 🤷🏻♂️ I might just sign up and race the 50+ cruiser class. I’m 54 and about to be 55 next month. So why not. I’ve been going out for rides around the house just to get myself loosened up and do a few sprints. As we get older we still have an itch to scratch whether it be running, moto, BMX it keeps us feeling young. Great video btw. You are killing it my man!

Motocross racers are an absolutely ridiculous shape. Take another sport. Any other major sport. Basketball football baseball and put them in a marathon and see if they can finish under 3 hours.

Must be so weird going to a event with so little. Motorcross you need so much stuff. Concussions suck best of luck with that Jeremy, my last one took just over 2 years to get back to some normality.

I was heading down to Spring Creek MX park at 6:30 am a few weeks ago for race day, and passed Alex about 10 miles from his house. I gave him extra room and a little toot of the horn as I passed him, he waved back, super nice guy and a great family in general.

Seems like you're a fast dude no matter the sport! As a C class motocrosser and a 4 hour marathoner I wonder if the performance correlation is strong for everyone between the two sports.

Awesome - and great to see your Strava progress. I was an Aussie weekend warrior MXer in the 80's, and switched to marathons, then Ironman after being "brought back" after shattering my skull. Man you guys are fast! I'm happy to just tuck under 3hrs.
