Ok, first off you have to know that blood is a suspension which means that it is formed essentially of water with many other solid ingredients neither dissolved nor precipitated under normal conditions and to be precise : -About 45% of blood volume is formed of cells namely red blood corpuscles, white blood cells and thrombocytes. -55% is the extracellular fluid or plasma as we call it. So the rough answer to your question is no, it won't rain blood even if the whole water body of earth is blood but there are always other sides of the question. Blood contains many proteins, most importantly what we call “coagulation factors” , these proteins are usually “dormant” and are activated by two main mechanisms. In this case the extrinsic mechanism will be activated and the “blood body” will be a blood clot body in a matter of minutes post creation rendering it impossible to evaporate actually.. An interesting thought though. so it cant happen
