For those of you who have watched all 3 "Tales of Arcadia" series before this final movie, this whole series is really about "time travel" in the end (but you have to watch all series to know that). The story is good on its own with all those trolls, aliens, and wizards. But they utilized time travel in a way that make the story a lot more interesting.

In Trollhunters Jim stated he only survived Bular in the canal thanks to his kitchen skills. Toby wouldn't have survived Bular. The REAL Toby was in a very bad shape at the beginning of Trollhunters and there’s nothing wrong with that. The writers are PRETENDING that Toby will be like Jim. They ruined him. This universe is criminally underrated. I mean these shows are cold-blooded. Every death is meaningful and leaves an impact on the viewer and it is not overdone or used casually. There are minor complaints that can be boiled down to target demographic. I have been nothing but impressed by these shows.

So, Jim is the first human trollhunter who managed to defeat everyone he faced off in just 2-3 years and leading the forces that defeated Morgana and Bellroc’s arcane order (on top of that he's the only trollhunter who survived), but history won't remember him because everything is erased? Nice.

Ah I said exactly the same, in my opinion, since Merlin showed up, the series started to contradict itself, like turning Jim into a hybrid cause he "wasnt enough" despite being the only trollhunter who killed all those ancient long lasting enemies, I feel the series tends to forget its own premises sometimes, besides reseting all wouldnt be understimating everyone struggles? And playing with their lives like ..idk it feels wrong in so many levels

WIZARDS SPOILERS I'm happy for Jim that he gets to be human again, BUT storywise I am kind of pissed that the end of Trollhunters made such a huge deal of him giving up his humanity. But by the end of Wizards, they're just like "He got better lol" Granted he was mind controlled, further transformed and then almost died. But really wanted to see a mentally well adjusted half-troll Jim. But we only really got to see him sad as a half-troll, and that hurts me. I wanted to see him overcome and embrace it.

Like you said, since it was an emotional ending to Trollhunters, maybe they could have ended Rise of the Titans with him turning back? Either way, I hope he deals with the mental trauma of it all!

And having to watch his family; freinds die and things only getting worse he realizes the only person fit to be the troll hunter. I watched this five times and some things I noticed and I have questions and comments: -There's three titans. How did they get Nari back on their side to wipe the world? -Jim has a bandage on his right wrist 1.12... but in 1.38 we can see why. Looks like a pretty bad burn?? Dang Bellroc -Strickler has hair... and looks like a dad. I wonder how Barbara and his relationship is going -ALSO ON THAT FACT THAT JIM MEETS HIS MOM AGAIN AS THEY ARE IN THE SAME ROOM IN 0.32 -ALSO ADDITIONAL ON 0.32 DID ANYONE SEE HOW FREAKING TALL AND FREAKING WICKED ELI LOOKS IN HIS AKIRIDION SUIT?? -Aja looks pretty good as Queen as the "crown" on; reminds me of her parents -Also Jim with his two cuts on his face, burned hand, and welding Excalibur, mop of his hair (it's not silky and shiny anymore). He looks like a tired badass -I'm also getting some vibes that we may lose Blinky as "our team has magic, trolls, aliens with robots, and Blinky" Blinky falls under the troll category... but he is separate? And I'm assuming for the Nari part either A: The Arcane Order doesn't actually control the Titans and are just helping to protect them, B: The others in the order raised it without Nari, or C: Nari raised it to aid the people from Arcadia (I'm not calling them the Heros of Arcadia).
