as a former solera mr...this would make us so mad LMAOOOO. as you (probably said? i havent watched this all yet) the ticket system pings everyone who has ticket pings on, which is pretty much everyone cuz we want points and we need to meet our ticket requirements that are way too high and make you work 20 hours a week. often people who trolled or expressed anti-Solera sentiment in general were trash talked in private channels. usually they were called 'clowns' because nobody there has creative insults and they always jump to clown. so you were probably clowned on in private channels. (i may add here that some solera SHRs even smack talked other HRs/MRs...cough cough div...someone resigned cuz div trash talked them lol) the chelsea person around 3:30 was one of the heads of moderation and she was actually super nice (to me at least, she often trash talked people in private channels and broke discord tos by making jokes abt being underage), she spent a freakish amount of time in the solera discord tho. the other ppl idk who they were. i remember secretts13 but i forgot what she was like and i generally didnt interact w her very much since im already ranting i guess i'll talk about my other experiences there - cungtthapar was actually the nicest to me of any of them. he favored me and sometimes inflated my shift numbers to make me look like i was more active than i was. he also promoted me...yeah i was the first of my batch of moderators to get promoted even though im a troll LOL. and also, during my interview for the moderator position, a thunderstorm rolled through my area and knocked out my power. cung was super understanding when i got back online (after at least 1 hour) and continued the interview!! he was super warm and friendly there were SEVERAL moderator coworkers of mine that had safechat. instead of banning them from the discord when this was discovered, it was ignored. one person was asked to make a new account with no safechat and her response was 'let me ask my mom if i can do that' LOLOLOL. And then she never made a non-safechat account and nobody cared. She only got demoted due to inactivity because she failed to meet the 20 ban request requirement 3 weeks in a row...btw the 20 ban request requirement usually took me about 15 hours to complete. when you add in the other requirements, you're spending 20-25 hours a week on a virtual hotel game to keep ur pixel job. the most toxic person by far was div. obviously dont witchhunt or harass div -- or anyone else mentioned, for that matter -- i'm just saying, she was toxic as heck. when she found my identity she gave a super passive aggressive and toxic ban message to me. she made several ppl resign by trash talking them or just generally being toxic towards them. she also constantly had this aura of 'im better than you lol' she was the worst. if it weren't for her and her 'group' (zoe, kim, grace...some other ppl that i almost never interacted with cuz they were in a different department, thank god) i wouldn't call solera toxic cuz most other people were nice enough oh, more on her -- a few former HRs who were favored by div came back to solera towards the end of my time there. they were freeranked to management positions that would otherwise take months to attain. she also seemed to always be trying to find excuses to fire people she didn't like...when we leaked the MR guides to the public discord channels, we made OBVIOUS fake proof that it was an MR that div didnt like. guess what? the MR got fired! div didnt reinstate the MR's rank until the entire server rallied against her to force her to. and by that point, she had caused so much chaos that the discord had to be put on lockdown for like half an hour. ill add more ranting here if i can think of any other things i wanna say about solera

i dont know why but it read all of it because i want to hear the story, pretty cool actually and yeah she definitely deserved it. but 24/7 working on a pixel game and moderate it seems to be very hard and Frustrating and then got demoted by just inactive just by a day or misses the 20 bans goal. man i probably choose touch grass option rather than working as mr, and probably have a gf too (impossible) so yeah that being said you are the luckiest and nicest people in the server (my opini)

Okay so I had a story about frappe and I wanted to post it lol: I was glitching inside the cafe (on the cakepop stands, no big deal) and a frappe employee told me to "stop glitching". Then after about 5 seconds. an ADMIN pops up and kicks me from the server. Upset. I rejoined with an alt and was upset and started arguing (arguing is totally justified since I was banned without warning) with her. Then an admin pops up and I explained what happened. And guess what? The admins took the Frappe employee's words saying that I was 'reminded' for long enough and KICKED ME (if their was proof it would not be an excuse to still kick me because the the employee called admins as soon as she said to stop).

a similar thing happened: i was with a friend of mine in frappe, we were talking and messing around, and we see this senior barista (we were next to the drive thru) pull out a cup and accidentally glitch. an admin comes over, refreshes them, and DEMOTES THEM! SENIOR BARISTA TO CUSTOMER! NO WARNINGS!!! and after that, he was kicked from the server before he could defend himself! obviously, we stood up for him and we both got kicked, but not after the admin said “stop causing a scene and go away now” frappe is shit
