Dude, oddly parallel to my actual life. I was an actual security guard way back and when I went on smoke breaks, I was required to do it without my uniform, as the company didn't want my degenerate behavior associated with their prestigious brand. So, depending on season, I'd wear a hoodie or take the shirt off and brandish the T-shirt underneath. Working the overnight, I find myself being asked to leave the premises by police for loitering as I appear to be a random guy in a hoodie smoking a cigarette. I tell them I'm security, they ask for credentials. I don't have 'credentials', all the company gave me was a uniform and the keys to the entire building. I had to prove my keys were real on several random doors to avoid arrest.

Hi guys, I'm a RP Lawyer. Gertrude was unconstitutionally arrested for trespassing and obstruction. On the count of trespassing, Gertrude was working his job as a parking attendant. He was clearly seen in the booth by the officer when Gertrude asked him for his parking pass. As seen in the video, the poles for the entrance to the parking lot were up, which the officer was seen driving straight through (breaking RP, might I add). When Gertrude queried the officer about his parking pass, it was completely within Gertrude's domain as the "parking attendant" to ask such a question. It would also be reasonable for the officer to know that Gertrude was a parking attendant as Gertrude was inside of the parking lot booth, which is clearly built for someone to monitor the lot. Therefore, it was unreasonable for the officer to 1. approach Gertrude requesting for identification while he was working; and 2. then arrest Gertrude unconstitutionally for simply doing his job. On the count of obstruction, at no point did Gertrude not provide any information that the officer wasn't lawfully permitted to have. Gertrude presented his name and who hired him (Frank) to which the officers, at this point multiple having showed up, exclaimed "THERE IS NO FRANK." It would be unreasonable for the officers to have known Gertrude's boss, Frank, seeing as they work as police officers and Frank works as a manager of parking attendants, much higher on the proverbial "totem pole," might I add. Why would a police officer have any idea who he his considering Frank works in a completely different department and in a much higher echelon? It would be unreasonable for these officers to know who Frank is considering how low they are in rank. Secondly, and most importantly, the count of obstruction would only be tenable if the prior charge of trespassing were even legal by itself, which it isn't. Therefore, we ask the court dismiss these charges. Gertrude was simply working his job as a parking attendant and made the simple, reasonable request for a parking pass, which is part of his duties as a parking attendant. The defense rests.
