I think Mars for sure is less likely to engage in verbal shenanigans than the rest of the gang. Smallant does engage in verbal shenanigans, but they’re almost a level above the rest of the gang’s shenanigans. I think that’s what makes both of them seem older/more mature.

I'd love to see this series branch out into other games! As much as I love Mario Odyssey, it feels like nearly every kingdom has been exhausted in terms of hiding spots. A Hat in Time would be a game I'd think be interesting! Mafia Town, The DLC Cruise Ship, the Subcon Forest, and Hat Kid's spaceship would all work perfectly for hide & seek maps. If not, I'd love to see more custom odyssey maps! They help to shake up the formula
