The capture may be called RC Car.. but it's not ACTUALLY theoretically the RC Car that you capture. Its the man driving it. As an idea to fill out the list of collectable moons more, you could allow yourself to uncapture to move between loading zones. Allow yourself to uncapture to activate switches, as long as no discernible progress is made between activating the switch and re-entering the capture (how you decide to apply this to the dragon boss fight is up to you). Loading each map in its different states (Frozen Sand Kingdom, Night-time Sand Kingdom, Revisit Sand Kingdom, Post-game Sand Kingdom, etc.). And finally allowing for significant roadblocks to be skipped over (sphinx in Flower Kingdom, impossible jump in Metro, Klepto in Lost, etc.).
