Trolling Top-water for BIG Trout

In this video, we fish Kootenay Lake, BC for Rainbow and Bull Trout. We spent the weekend camping and had a great time fishing. Most of the time, we trolled topwater spoons or bucktails. This was pretty effective as these lures imitate the young Kokanee that these fish are feeding on. On the other hand, the fishing overall was quite slow. Mainly due to water turbidity from a recent slide up towards Duncan Lake.
