After a long hunt for a quality strap drive pedal I picked up a Mapex Falcon single pedal and switched out the chain for the strap that comes with it. It also comes with a round cam and an accelerator cam for you to switch about if need be. It may not fold or have that fancy mounting technology but I recommend trying it out cause in my opinion it's the lightest and smoothest strap drive pedal available at the moment and will definitely be cheaper than the Perfect Balance.

I use the term junkie loosely when referring to jojo, but I do believe that to achieve his level of speed and skill has nothing to do with the amount of time he practices. Hes the fucking man, but hes a little wacked out like most artists at the top of the mountain.

Actually, you're gonna need to train on this pedal to begin with ;-) Different approach to playing a kick drum. You do that, you won't even need a double pedal after that.

Im sorry to tell you that is not like that. It is a very cheaply made pedal with really bad materials. I had to change it twice... Sonor should be ashamed about that pedal. I thought that Sonor provided high ended material, equivalent to DW but they've proven me wrong with that pedal... check my videos, I show one of the problems that some of these pedals come with....
