This M820 was constructed for a company in Singapore that needed a robust, heavy duty Static Trommel unit to sort rocks into four different grades of precise sizing. Based on the standard M820 MDS worked closely with this Construction company to manufacture this bespoke, 4 split M820 trommel with features such as a CAT 7.1 Diesel Engine and AR/Hardox lined hopper.
The standard MDS M820 Modular Trommel is capable of screening rock up to 1m in size into 3 or 4 splits! It is perfect for cleaning dirty rock or screening blasted material and with 3 possible configurations the M820 is customisable to many applications, with bespoke arrangement available, at up to 750tph.
