After speaking with a friend in Tromsø for two and half years on Skype, I finally got to visit him for two weeks in March 2022. Coming from northern California and 21 hours on 4 flights, I too felt alive when I stepped out into the brilliant crisp air. As my friend doesn´t have a vehicle we spent the two weeks I was there walking from his apartment to Sentrum, Telegrafbukta, across the bridge, and up the Fjellhesin cable car. Even with heavy snow falls, and sleet I experienced more days of brilliant sunshine. I was hooked. Thank you for sharing this beautiful video. I will be back!

Happy you like it! If it’s your dream… go for it, you won’t regret! I used the Sony A7iii for the northern lights. The Aurora activity was not very strong, I definitely want to go back to see it stronger!
