The storyline takes place between TRON and TRON: Legacy and reveals significant events within the TRON mythology.
You play as Anon, a new System Monitor installed by Kevin Flynn -- the creator of the Grid -- in the hopes of keeping the peace and protecting the system from harm. Anon was created and installed after an ISO leader, Jalen, was suspected of being murdered by a program within the Grid.
A new ISO leader has been chosen to be the new Co-Administrator of the Grid, alongside Clu, to bring peace and understanding between ISOs and Basics...but things don't go as expected.

Tron: Evolution is a third-person action-adventure video game, the tie-in for the film Tron: Legacy. It was developed by Propaganda Games and published by Disney Interactive. It was announced at the Spike Video Game Awards and was released for Microsoft's Windows and Xbox 360 platforms, and Sony's PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable platforms. It was released on November 25, 2010 in Australia, November 26, 2010 in Europe, and December 7, 2010 in North America and Asia. It uses engines from Epic Game's Unreal, and BioWare's Aurora.
As of October 2019, the PC version of the game can no longer be installed or played due to the game's use of SecuROM DRM, which stopped providing authentication servers after Disney revoked their service subscription.

It's still surprising me how well the lore from the movie to the show to the game fit together

As far as i understand, writers worked on scripts both for film AND the game simultaneously, which obviously worked for the best.

It's clearly visible how the game was much more influenced by the pre-production concepts. Characters, sound effects, locations. It's how I imagine the movie if it came out in an alternative reality

I’ve always wanted a tron rpg . We could create our own character and fight for Flynn or Clu , the game could take place between uprising and legecy or even after legecy . We could have multiple endings . That’s a game that I would want to play , hopefully someone will make a tron rpg .
