Troopers investigate 3 wrong-way, DUI crashes in Tacoma within 3 hours Sunday morning

It was a dangerous Sunday morning on Pierce County roads as Washington State Patrol said it's investigating three separate wrong-way, DUI crashes that occurred within less than three hours in Tacoma.
Troopers shared a photo of a head-on crash on State Route 512 that left two people dead around 2 a.m. near Canyon Road and 31st Street. WSP officials said the wrong-way driver, an adult female, and her baby crashed head-on with another vehicle that was occupied by three people. Two of the three occupants in the victim's vehicle died on the scene.
The third was transported with non-life-threatening injuries, according to the WSP. The wrong-way driver was transported with serious injuries was arrested for DUI and faces vehicular homicide charges. The baby was transported with non-life-threatening injuries and is expected to be OK, according to the WSP.

The penalties for DUI have never been harsh enough. 1st offense 30 days in jail + $2,000 fine and treatment, 2nd offense 2 Years in PRISON. There are no excuses for this.

1. You can't drive in the US without passing the test in the US or without an IDP. 2. Road signs are literally designed to be mostly communicated in symbology rather than literacy. 3. Where did they mention that this was caused by lack of literacy and not the glaring DUI? 4. A lot of other countries have way stricter and difficult licensing tests in the US since US designed to give away Driver's Licenses since it's a country without better public transit. 5. There are Americans who were born and raised here that barely qualifies in being able to speak or read English. Stupidity knows no colors so I'm hoping you're consistent that we can take license away from everyone based on their education level. Lets have fun with that. 6. Go have a coke, bathe in the rain, and coitus yourself with your phone instead of typing on it and stop giving conservatives a bad name with your racist narrative.
