Climate Pledge Arena to pay nearly $480k in penalties, refunds for hidden fees

Why is climate pledge arena allowed to settle without an admission of guilt? If someone actually did some time for stealing a large amount of money, it would serve as a great deterrent.

That’s the restitution, what’s their penalty? If I help myself to beer, soda or food at this venue, it’s cool if I just replace it or pay for it when they figure it out?

They shouldn't be allowed to hide behind this settlement. The facts should be open to all, and last time I checked, theft is still a crime in WA. Even though the AG refuses to go after people for it. Especially since we paid for that place, we all have the right to know.
