The Dream stream always leaves me scratching my head! I can see the biggins but can never get the bite. Even with a proper hatch match and a fly 1st downstream presentation. But have lots of great fish in Spinney. Congrats on that monster Browney!

I’ve only been out to the dream stream once. Was windy beyond all hell that day too and I thought i was gonna freeze and I got harassed by antelope instead of burros 😂 basically the same day you had besides the 30 inch brown. My buddy from Cali is gonna make a trip out here soon i think I might show him this place. Deckers and Cheesman were checked off last trip.

They’re good. I was given that Vesper as a gift and I’ve fished it on a few trips. It casts pretty well. It’s not near as nice as my Sage that I typically fish with, but for the money, it’s not a bad rod. I think it’s like anything in fly fishing, there are some pretentious “know-it-alls” who bag on something and others follow suit without truly giving it a chance. It handled that brown like a champ, so I’m happy. -Tim

Those small trout are shaped like crappie not trout because they are so fat
