Hello Hannah!!! It's really my favorite workout, because I prefer to do exercises very slowly to feel them deeply: my body burns and I feel so nicely that it works! It's sure that I prefer the longer sessions, but it's ok and I listen to everything which comes to me! We have to arrange dates to drive back to MI (it’s like 4-5 days trip). Hopefully we can do it next weekend or 2. I miss him too
