after tracy, the building codes only were enforced to withstand cyclones up to cat 4. if a 5 hits darwin directly, and its as slow moving as tracy was 1974....well id hate to be in darwin if that happens. after all these years i still dont know why a huge class action wasnt taken against the surveyors, builders and the government of the time after tracy....crazy
