Usually you shoot the blue goop to save the buildings, but the game designer allowed players to mod his game so it was set up that you could PLAY as the goop to destroy those nasty buildings. This play-as-creeper game lets you place creepy units that increase the capacity of the goo.

One mode that would have been interesting but is probably impossible to code: Play as creep up until a point, and then role reversal to then try and defeat what beast you created

I think there are some maps in cw3 that do that. Its quite possible to do.

There were some maps that had both a play as creep version, and a regular version. It was two different maps technically.

The fact, that in this map you don't have to be close to creep to use rocks is bad. removes the need of any kind of planing from this map. And no rebuilding too :

Love watching your videos and I play a ton of Creeperworld as well! I set myself a goal to play every beatable level of the FPS maps. And afterwards plan to do the same with the PAC maps, but I gotta ask, how do you see what the upgrade is going to do for your structures?

And, as always, they did with flying colours The Creep has engulfed the land, Nature is healing Always love when maps include the dinosaurs :D

i wonder if airsacs would be better if the body was untargetable because like how are you going to shoot a cloud but instead the balls were targetable by the missiles but in exchange they only have a certain lifespan or something

yea exactly thats why theyre kinda bad you can shoot them with two different things that you were building already they get countered by two things you have already built instead of everything else that gets countered by one thing

Love the video so I will write you a tip so you dont read it: its not "diminishing returns" from ammo transport, its just a tower has max ammo, lets say 10, if 10 are along logistical lines, already sent, the base will not send more. So after the "convoy" of 10, the tower starts dipping below max (from base perspective) and more ammo is just then sent. This way it has pauses before firing periods, thus resulting in having any effect at all. If the logi line is shorter so it can deliver first piece of ammo before the last is sent then there is literally no effect

I imagine it's just because the game wasn't *actually* made to play as the creep, so there's no infrastructure to allow the AI to use the orbital weapons. Why the map maker gave the humans a rocket in that case is a mystery.
