My thoughts and prayers are with NC and Fla, my daughter is in Largo and minimal damage but she’s struggling mentally. Selfishly I’m looking forward to cooler weather and I dare say we are on the dry side. Thank you for the info.

I have a fairly clear view of the western sky, even though there are three tall trees blocking some of it. I'll definitely try to catch the comet before it fades.

I have several tall trees in my immediate west so the chances of me photographing it are quite slim

There are still thousands in Georgia without power from Helene (19 days).
