The implosive company is CDI Control Demolish Inc and they are working with GGG to get the tower ready. The black mesh floors are the explosive floors where the dynamic will be placed. CDI has done a lot of explosive sites in Las Vegas before like Stardust, New Frontier and Rivera. I hope this is helpful information.

Great video. I’ve watched all of them. Very interesting to see the progress. It’s funny whenever you zoom in, there’s always a good handful of guys just standing around on their phones lol. They don’t think anyone can see them. 😂

Only the blast floors will get the black covering I believe.

The black fabric is a geotextial material used to minimize dust during the implosion.

The crane is being used for concrete cutting& drilling company that is their trucks beside the crane and moving tarps around to other floors more than likely.

Today, Wednesday, crews were attaching the chain link fencing to floors and rolling them down to lower floors. Saw a picture of them on 3rd floor

Crews have been removing concrete from the columns

Yeah the NW tower (Paradise) was built in 1979. The SE (Club) was built in 1986.

So holes been drilled, chain link fence goes on first then wrap , then same across the whole floor . This prep work and once ok with permits they will drop in charges and rig it all up Then kaboom

Blast curtains. Crews are wrapping columns - plywood box, wrap and fencing.

Ya it looks like they drilling hole in the column and chipping away concert from the column for the TNT to take the towers down,what a show it will be

I just read they aren't allowing public viewing. We are coming to Vegas for my son's bday, just to see this! Any ideas how to view it?

I read that also. I'm thinking they say this so people don't try to go close to the Tropicana. I would suggest finding a spot around the front of the Luxor or Mandalay Bay. You can see both towers from that side. They are planning a drone and fireworks show so we have to be able to see it from somewhere. I'm trying to get a strip facing room at the Excalibur to watch it from the room.
