Hi Dave, i'm from Belgium and i have recently bought a speedy 360 run on Ruby machine. I've been getting this error "X-axis reference failed hardware error E2015_103" for 5 weeks now and it seems that the technical service in the Netherlands and Austria can't seem to solve my problem. Have you by any chance ever seen this error with other customers in the US before, and have any idea what the issue might be? The technicians here have tried to solve it so far by: replacing the x-axis motor, firmware updates, messing around in the OS, checked the microswitch. None of these seem to solve or be the problem. When it occasionally does seem to reference and i afterwards move the laser on the x-axes with the arrows under the display it randomly and aburpt stops with some mechanical noise followed by the error. I hope i get a response here because service is lacking and i'm getting very frustrated :(.
