Saff/Wand is the best for solo and mass aoe dmg. Throw in a few pieces of tank gear if needed to survive. Staff bow if your gear is good for even more dps. Solo 5 to 10 mobs and open world bosses like in SOD, SC, SA.

Seems great but seems slow dps, does it not bother you taking so long to kill? or is it fine? I hate having to rely on others to do these dungeons and I keep not getting them done so thinking of ways I can do it solo lol

Im almost at 700 hours with my main and 2 alts. Almost 3. So yeah. No. Unless you are not into competitive events such as sieges, arenas, wars, etc, you can go full casual. Like grind that rod and your stoves all the way up. No worries. Otherwise, is not for casuals. At all. Because the more content we get, the more grindier it gets and if you dont boost your character somehow you will -trust me, you will- get stuck. Eventually. Oh, and for the guy who said that the game "respects your time". Bro.. its an NCSOFT game. Like, Lineage 2 game. Koreans loves the grind. The game doesnt respect your time nor your mistakes. And you will make mistakes. A lot. The system, resources, etc, are ruthless. Watch some videos, understand the mechanics, etc. You will not regret it. P.S: And for tab target complaints... guys, you no radar? Cant be more easier than that. Use. The. Radar. It has to be one of the best mechanics ive played on an mmorpg.

The answer is NO. My observations: Tab targeting and response its bad and delayed on consoles, hence PvP and mechanics issues. Switching classes/weapons/skills will make you fall behind, especially leveling up skills, it should be easy. To be relevant you have to p2w, join a guild and play a lot. Game boils down to whales guilds gating content and servers. Unless design changing to be more inclusive for all types of players, beyond novelty game will lose popularity just like in KC, despite of game graphics. My recommendation, playing it a bit until something else comes up, like poe2, should be ok. Don't spend money and do not set any performance expectations.

I made the mistake of paying for early access; it’s both a blessing and a curse that it’s grindy, because that makes it more of a casual experience for f2p. However it feels like a waste of time, especially since I mostly want to pvp. Targeting system is fine for party, but otherwise not great. Likely will not keep grinding.

This game has pulled me out of ESO :| It's a good game, dispite there are some bad notes about its crafting system, and progression in general, and the rarity of materials, especially the cooking ingredients is an absolute joke maybe because i've came from ESO which has a pretty well-made crafting system, in general crafting in T&L is silly and not fun at all. another thing, when you run out of your dungeons tokens, abysal currency, and resistance contracts , then its time to sleep cause literally there's nothing else interesting you could do as a PVE player which is funny.

100 hours isnt enough to make a review on this game. You need like 200 at least, and thats when the bs shows up and you realize what a waste of time it is. You’ll never be even close to a paid player. And i said paid, not p2w. I mean the guy spending $20 a week clears you every single time. Your progression will be 10% of theirs and You’ll have to do unfun things to just exist. Shit game that will die. 300 hours plus in it.

I feel like since it’s a free game it should’ve focused on cosmetic sales. Being able to buy traits saves a lot of time though if it don’t mind throwing that 20 bucks at it. It’s a long F2p grind but for normal adults who don’t mind spending the money it’s not bad.

I'd like to say thank you for this build. I've been playing for about six years and only paid any attention to choosing set pieces for 'a build' when i came across your channel a couple of months ago! I became like a hardass god compared to my previous 'life' just by getting 90% of the items to wear. Now i'm going to phase 2 by changing my skills and champion points to what you recommend... If i experience the same sort of increase in powers as with phase 1, i might find myself taking over the universe!

Throne and Liberty is the mmo version of Raid: Shadow Legends. Every progression avenue is gated with tokens that you need to refresh daily/ weekly. The gear upgrade system is required both grinding and RNG to get the traits you want all to direct you towards the cash auction house. Also note that there is no trading between characters nor trading between alts. This also forces you to use the auction house and paying the 20% tax on every transaction.

742hrs🤣🤣🤣I do not recommend for casuals at all. It's one sided and heavily pay to win even worse for late comers. Blue gear alone can have you strong but with every new level like from T1 to T2 you must keep up or pay up to play at a neutral level. To play as a dedicated player then happy you got that big money. I won't even touch on the recycled stuff😂😂😂😂

As a paid game this game would be a disaster but as f2p it is worth a try. I cannot stress enough that you should not repeat do not buy any in game currency. As a free player you can earn lots of it but with the amount of glitches in this game and the fact that it will probably die I wouldn’t spend any cash. As a casual player, no not worth it. Unless you really like pvp, don’t bother. You can reach max level pretty fast compared to other mmos, and after that it’s just an extremely repetitive grind fest. You just do the same dungeons over and over so you can get better gear, so that you can get a little stronger and run those same dungeons a little faster. If it actually had decent life skills like BDO it would be much better.
@TheLMBLucas
@TheLMBLucas 2 күн бұрын
Unlike BDO, T&L actually looks good. I'm playing it casually and it's worth it for the combat, it's fun and fast and theorycrafting is cool, something that WoW and FFXIV can't offer you. If you are casual... just don't look at tier lists, avoid them like a plague lol

I definitely enjoy my time with the game. The group I play with is from DAoC, FF11, and early Eve Online. We only do PVE stuff a couple nights a week. The dungeons are fun and the loot drop system is way more forgiving than what we are used to. Having a bit of extra time, usually do the solo stuff. Definitely feels more respectable with our time than with other MMOs we play/played.

PSA: IF UR ON CONSOLE DONT WASTE UR TIME ON THIS GAME!! No new content. They drip feed it and even when they do that we still dont get new content. Today no 2 star dungeons for console. Even if we did get it we still dont get the other 2 star dungeon till dec 5th. Its ridiculous. The lies and incompetence isnt surprising tho. Now everyone has to wait for who knows how long because people cant do their job. Its pathetic and im so tired of the same bs from videos games. Beautiful game and lovely quests, but confusing mechanics with a zillion of materials. You need a nerd diploma to understand how the gear progression really works. Moreover, the Pay-to-Win people spending hundreds of dollars for gear will nuke casuals in PvP. - So I am back to ESO until Marvel Rivals will be released in December to rock the gaming world.

@@Ivoryking1003 Indeed. However, if you figure out the RIGHT gear progression TOO LATE, you may find yourself in a situation where you invested all your resources the WRONG way, and then you are stuck with the wrong gear. Some people even created a new character after realizing this. No thanks. The graphics and quest designers deserve a medal for the beauty of the game, but the game mechanics designers IMHO RUINED the game.

The game can definitely be a grind after max level but can be fun with a pve focused guild. Just throw on some music and do the daily dungeons and contracts. You can do the open world dungeons or some of the timed guild activities or not. It feels more grindy if you are chasing the BIS gear and traits. This game can seriously take over your life if you let it.
