Hm, it seems like back in the day, I watched the Yogscast, then found Achievement Hunter. Eventually, Yogscast got a bit too immature for me, and I almost entirely abandoned it in favor of AH. Nowadays, I find AH to be the more tiresone, and watch the Yogscast more. I figure I’ll continue watching both channels for years to come, but it’s nice that either the content or I am changing enough often enough to find one or the other appealing. To be clear, I don’t have anything against the new cast in AH (or Yogscast), and I absolutely adore BK, so I think my lack of interest has more to do with an increase of yelling over each other in recent videos-I think it’s just a lot less fun when I can’t tell what everyone is saying. I watch videos for friends having fun and the witty or silly banter-bonus if the cast can surprise a genuine laugh out of each other, and that’s not always going to be ultra consistent for any channel to produce. Now, if RT would make their video player functional for the ease of use (auto-play in the right order, rather than most recent to least recent), allow sorting of videos on a watchlist, and videos that will play rather than endlessly looping commercials for seemingly no reason, and saving watched video progress, I could even see becoming a first member. (As one of the millions of nameless fans, I understand that my opinion means little, but hey, it’s out there anyway). Much love to all the content creators and editors doing their part to provide quality entertainment for all of us!
